Welcome to Lulle Baby! These terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer, place an order via www.lullebaby.se and associated pages. The terms constitute an agreement between you and Lulle Baby AB, org.nr 559451-4161.
To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. Orders placed in another person’s name without their consent will be reported.
1. Ordering and Confirmation
When your order is completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email. It is important that you check the order confirmation to ensure that everything is correct. If something is wrong, contact us immediately at info@lullebaby.se.
Please save your order confirmation, which contains information needed for any future contact with us.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in order confirmations or final invoices.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are in SEK and include VAT (25%). Shipping costs may be added depending on your chosen shipping option.
We offer payment via Klarna, which includes options such as card payment, invoice, and partial payment. Read Klarna’s terms at www.klarna.com/se/villkor.
In case of non-payment, a reminder fee and late payment interest may be charged.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We always strive to send your order within the specified processing time for each product. Products with personalization or handmade details may have longer production times.
Lulle Baby is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or events outside our control.
Delivery takes place via PostNord or another shipping provider and is normally delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Shipping costs are stated at checkout. Free shipping over a certain amount may apply during promotions.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
According to the Swedish Distance Selling Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product. The product must be returned unused and in original packaging.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products (e.g., items with your name, photo, or customized design).
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Contact us at info@lullebaby.se before returning an item.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
5. Complaints and Damaged Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible with a picture and description of the issue.
We follow the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency and the Consumer Purchase Act.
If the complaint is approved, we will replace the item or refund you, including shipping costs.
We do not accept complaints due to normal wear or damage caused by incorrect handling.
6. Personal Data and Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, government action, strikes, or technical problems.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
