For products that require production or design—such as our hand-crocheted items—a processing time is added before shipping. Hand-crocheted products usually have a processing time of 5–7 days, including holidays, though we always strive to shorten this period whenever possible.

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, your order may be divided into multiple shipments. This means some products may be sent separately, depending on availability and delivery times. You will be notified of any partial shipments when your order is dispatched.
