Lulle Baby Return and Refund Policy

At Lulle Baby, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a first-class customer experience. Below are our terms for returns and refunds.
1. Right of Withdrawal for Standard Products
In accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. This applies to products that are not customized or personalized.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at lullebabyse@lullebaby.se with your order number and details about the products you wish to return.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we have received and approved your return.
2. Return Policy for Personalized Products
Products that are personalized or handmade based on your specific requests—such as custom designs or submitted photos—are not eligible for withdrawal according to Swedish law.
• If a personalized product is defective, damaged, or differs from the approved design, you have the right to file a complaint. See section 3 for information about claims.
• All submitted images are securely deleted after your order has been completed and delivered.
3. Claims and Complaints
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or otherwise does not meet expectations, you may submit a complaint.
• Send an email to lullebabyse@lullebaby.se with the following details:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and any damages
• We will assess your case and, if approved, offer a replacement product or a refund.
4. Refunds
• Approved returns or complaints will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping Costs
• For returns of standard products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
• For complaints or incorrect products, Lulle Baby will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Important Information About Handmade Products
Our handmade products are crafted with care and precision. Minor variations may occur and are considered part of each product’s unique character. These variations do not qualify as grounds for a complaint.
